The first guideline regarding anti aging food is that you should limit your overall intake of sugary and fatty foods.

It is suggested to eat foods rich in vitamins and minerals as they help to keep the bones healthy and strong. They also help to improve eyesight that is one of the prime problems faced by people in their old age.

Avoid taking processed foods, as they do no good to your body. Instead increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, as they provide your body with the nutrients necessary for body growth and repair.

Consume more of whole grains, legumes and raw foods, as they serve as strong anti aging agents.

As far as the dairy milk products are concerned, instead of drinking full cream milk, go for non fat skim milk.

Non vegetarians can go for lean meat and it is good if you eat more of fish. Fish oil is very good for humans and is known to provide several benefits. It prevents graying of hair, the first and the most visible symptom that bothers especially the women.

Drink at least 10 glasses of water everyday and if possible more. The more water you drink, better it is for your health.
Go for anti aging foods that are high in anti oxidants.

It is recommended to go for complex carbohydrates that do not get easily absorbed in the body. Avoid eating foods like wheat and rice that get digested easily. Such foods increase the level of sugar in your blood and thus can be harmful for your health.
